She's prompt. She's very competent, she knows her pianos. She sold me a humidity control thing to go in the piano that controls the humidity so I don't need to use her as much. It has proven to do what she said it would but it wasn't a hard sell. She offers it and lets you decide. He is very patient with my dog who likes to bark when she is tuning my piano. She is systematic, and methodical, and professional. Her price seems reasonable. If she is running late she always calls.
