Real Estate Service
A buyer's broker works for the buyer, not the seller. As such, John worked on the purchase of a house as our representative, not the sellers. His experience was evident in his evaluation of the houses we looked at and his knowledge of the areas of Chittenden County. He made the whole process very easy, was able to put us in touch with other professionals (finance, insurance, trades) as needed. Since we were moving back to the US, there was a lot of email and phone conversations. This went very smoothly and the house we purchased was in the right neighborhood for us, at the right price.
