Once it happened, all went well: fast. professional quality.  The problem I had was with getting in touch with anybody and getting calls back.  There was also a "miscommunication" about the day I expected them to be there.  They came soon after, however, and the job was done very well.

About two months after giving us a proposal (they are busy and we were in no hurry) Limbwalker sent two tree workers to our house. After checking to insure what we wanted done, they got right to work. When two people were needed they worked together; if only one was necessary, they worked on separate jobs. They climb trees to do the work, instead of using a bucket truck. This kept our lawn in much better shape. And it was amazing watching them work! After taking down the trees, they cut them into 16and quot; lengths and piled them up so we can use them as firewood next season. They did everything that was proposed (plus a bit more) , removed all the unwanted wood, cleaned up, and left our yard in better condition than it was before. We will definitely use them again.

I live 600 miles from the subject trees and communicated with Limbwalker's owner via email. He was very prompt, courteous and helpful, and remarkably, his price was the lowest I obtained. He gave me very good advice when I was debating how many of the trees to remove at this time and rearranged his schedule to remove the trees when I was concerned about weather taking the trees down before he could. I had one minor concern after the work was done, and he was very prompt, fair and courteous in responding to it. I could not be happier with Limbwalker and would certainly use Limbwalker's services again.

After a free consultation, the workers came and trimmed one group of trees and cut down another group. They were on time, polite and friendly, and their appearance was clean and tidy. I was told it would be an all day job, but it ended up taking two days at no extra charge. They ground up all the wood and removed all the stumps. Their clean up job was fantastic. No branches or debris hanging around after. I would highly recommend this company. While the company truck was parked in front of my house, several neighbors stopped by to inquire. The friendly personalities and appearance of the workers, in addition to their great work, was guaranteed to drum up new business!

They arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done, and completed everything within an hour and a half. They did a great job of cleanup afterwards. I'll have them back when the next pine tree expires!

Experience with them was excellent, from initial site visit to estimate to actual work. Work was performed on schedule and price was exactly as quoted. People did a very good job of respecting our property and cleaning up debris.

I cannot say enough good things about Limbwalker! Their resident arborist, Mike, is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and punctual. The crew are polite, efficient and neat. After they cleaned up it was hard to tell anyone had been here - other than the nice work on the trees. No litter, no mess. I've used them several times over the past several years and have always been extremely happy. Unfortunately, I cannot say that about previous outfits I've dealt with, which is why Limbwalkers is my only choice for this type of work.
