I selected the flower bouquet from an excellent selection on their website, and the delivery date. By chance, on the delivery date, I was on the phone with the recipient - no flowers were mentioned. So afterwards, I called Calyx and Corolla for delivery status. They were very helpful, and explained the delivery had been made 15 minutes prior. With that knowledge I was able to call the recipient and tell them to open their front door for a pleasant surprise. They recalled the door bell, but being busy, had ignored it. A happy ending, as a result of excellent flowers and competent customer service.
