Scheduled service by phone with Tim the service person. On arriving was greeted professionally and promptly. Had some questions and concerns with this vehicle. Tim listened carefully and answered or recorded my comments carefully...On the completion of the service Tim took the time to respond to all of my concerns that were not addressed initially. Please note, this is our 6th Volvo purchased from this dealership...the main reason...the people at this dealership make the difference!

Check engine light was persistently on after purchasing vehicle from a used car dealer, and several other shops could not identify problem. Almartin team found problem (warped engine due to overheating - a pre-existing condition) and worked with extended warranty company to try to get coverage, which was denied. The Almartin team then proceeded to locate a rebuilt engine for a reasonable price and installed it. They provided us with a loaner vehicle while they had our vehicle in the shop. Unlike the company we purchased the vehicle from, they stated that they stand behind their work, and asked that we contact them if we have any further problems.
