They provided us with an excellent price for the new washer and dryer. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. They also provided delivery and set up.
We have used their repair service several times when our 12 year old Jenn-Aire refrigerator needed service. The owner himself is the repair person. He is knowledgeable and has always been able to take care of the issue, saving us from having to purchase a new fridge.

All went very well beginning with very helpful weekend phone contact person. Provided suggestions/ details to deal with problem until service could arrive. Service arrived on time. worked efficiently,diagnosed problem explained problem clearly. Melted ice build-up, replaced part and within less than an hour, refrigerator was up and running again.

Our washer had overflowed so we called Thibault Appliances to come find out what caused the problem. He came on time, was polite and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. It turned out to be a blocked drain hose which he cleaned. He didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need and even gave us a few tips to prolong the washer's life and prevent future problems!

The sales person was friendly polite, and well informed. All of our questions were answered. Our range was delivered and installed when it was scheduled. The installation was fast and thorough.
