siding
 + -1 moreAfter the siding was installed. We knew it was installed all incorrectly. I called Mr Viens trying to get some help by having him come look at the job, he was rude, he wouldn't even come to the phone. He had his office girl tell us he would be available to look at it "6 months from this Saturday"...We were shocked. We ended up in court suing the install company and received $30k as a settlement. To this day Frank Viens could not have cared less to how HIS siding job was installed on our home. My mother in law is a Realtor at a large Real Estate office and that's how Frank found out we needed siding. If Frank sells you a siding job, don't expect to ever hear from him again!
Description of Work: We had Mr Viens come to our home to talk to us about vinyl siding. He brought another contractor with him. Mr Viens did all the talking about some new vinyl siding called "Crane Board" siding. He pitched us to how great the siding was and had another company rep from All Seasons siding with him. Frank told us that they were the preferred installer of this product. He pitched us on his personal service.
