I bought two extension cords with on-off switches and one of the two didn't work. I immediately turned around to go back and return them. They gave me back less than what I just paid for it less than an hour ago. I showed them my receipt and asked why this was. They said that there was no restocking fee so I couldn't understand this. The lady working said I would have to come back the next day after 5 pm when this very lady was going to be processing refunds. This made no sense to me. After calling the manager down and having a conversation with them, he finally conceded and gave me the full refund. I was surprised by this because I was a regular at the store and was furious that they would pull a stunt like this when the owner was around.
