 + -1 moreWe realized at the end of a cold day, about 5 PM, that the heat wasn't coming on. We called Tom and not only did he come right over to work on it, he left a couple of times to go find parts that were needed to repair our old system. He told us how much it would cost---eventually---to get a new system, but he did repair what we have at a rather low cost.
Description of Work: Emergency boiler repair.
