Real Estate Service
We retained Ed Patch to sell our house. From the beginning he was less than responsive to our calls, taking days to return them if at all. All this guy wants to do is get your listing then sit back and let MLS do the selling. A monkey could do that. When he does sometimes return a call, he just tell you what he thinks you want to hear. I have called him every day for a week now and he has not returned my call once. Called him 3 time today, NOTHING. If this guy comes looking for your listing, RUN, DON'T WALK, as fast as you can. ANYONE can do a better job !!!
