I was in need of a quote for work to be performed in order to close on a loan. This company was very prompt in making it to quote me on last minutes notice. They advertise free quotes in the phonebook (and on Angieslist) However, I had to cut him a check for $275 to recieve a quote. To top it all off upon recieving the quote he didn't even quote what I asked him to! When I got a proper quote from another contractor it was 1/5th of what this company quoted me. It looks like he realized my desperation to get a quote in on time to close on my loan and took advantage of me.
Description of Work: Provided a "free" quote, that cost me $275.
