Identified that the leak was not in the crawl space basement but in pipes leading to 2nd floor lav which were located behind the living room wall. He cut a neat hole in the drywall to expose pipes, found a leak and replaced a section of pipe. Then he did a water test and found there was another leak farther up in the pipes. Cut another hole, located the busted pipe and replaced that section. This was not an easy job as the house was built in 1905 and had copper pipe connected to galvanized pipes.
