Patterson Fuels & Propane

Requested delivery of propane for a specified amount.  Propane delivered as promised.  Bill did not reflect the price we had originally agreed upon (in January).  I was under the impression, based on how he presented his original quote, that I would receive a fixed price for a year based on estimated consumption.  This is how it worked with a previous propane company I've worked with.  Boy was I wrong.
When I questioned the price on the bill and retraced our conversation from previous emails, he calls me an a****** and tells me to find another propane company.  All I did was ask a question.  I've never been treated this way by any company in my adult life.  All I can say is DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.  They claim to be family owned.  Which family, the Mafia?

They are very good. They always do refills and check any problems you may have. I once got an offer where I would get a three month discounted rate and they matched it and I though this was great. Patterson Fuels & Propane provides me with propane.

They have a variety of locations, but it's all one company. They promote regular inspections. I always am cynical about people who want to get a recurring business out of me through some kind of maintenance contract, but we found them to be very nice to work with. The people that come over are very knowledgeable. They are willing to talk and they don't spend a lot of time. They try to be very efficient. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of us even though we are just maintaining an existing system and not buying a big service from them. The experience with them was very good. Whenever we work with them, even though their rates are per hour, they always try to finish in as little time as possible when they are here. They always seem very knowledgeable and willing to share information, so we appreciate that. They also seem to be very accommodating with the circumstances at the work end. We have our cat litter near our furnace. I don't have anything to compare to their price to.
