The project is beautiful and we have received so many compliments on the changes! The building crew was fantastic, very hard workers. Jeff Godbout was a pleasure to work with. Many thumbs up from us!
Description of Work: Renovations to 1958 ranch/cottage style house: * section of flat roof removed * peaked roof constructed and tied into rest of the house * vaulted ceiling constructed in living room * all roof shingles removed and replaced * rotted fascia removed and replaced * aluminum siding removed * rigid insulation encased the house * all new vinyl siding, vinyl shakes and trim * all exterior doors and windows removed and replaced * 5X13 front porch added * stamped concrete porch floor and walkway * gutters replaced with seamless and leaf guards * existing back deck (boards) replaced with composite decking
