I've been here multiple times. He seems honest and doesn't try to sell you anything. Keeps a dirty front area, no waiting room and smokes. So if you are going to drop your car off and hang out in Randolph, try the Randolph Depot. Delivers car on time. Not the best phone skills or social skills.
