 + 4 moreContractor subbed certain work as necessary (excavation, plumbing for furnace and heat, etc.) Completed work to original estimate price. Only approved changes were added, had several suggestions for improvements. Price was fair and good. Work completed withing reasonable time period. Quality of work was excellent. Contractor personally verified work done by subs.
Description of Work: Added extension to existing home: bedroom, bathroom, laundry. Included excavation work, rebuilding of existing foundation, added new heating system and concrete basement floor.
