Mr Allard finished our garage -- drywall, trim, paint -- and we couldn't be happier. He's a pleasure to work with.

Mr. Allard stopped by the next Monday after I called. I later found that Monday�s are set aside for job quotes and honey do�s. Mr. Allard spent most of the day making sure exactly we wanted done in our porch remodel. At the end of his visit we went over exactly he would charge for the work that was to be done, figured out a payment schedule that fit both our needs at the end of the time spent I knew exactly what was expected from both parties.

They have done many projects for us the last 7 years. He is very neat. It is real craftsmanship work. He did not like how the structure was feeling, went below, made is correct. He goes above and beyond in his work, will do it right.
