White's Heating

We thought that the thermostat went bad. But in fact, it was some corrosion on the motherboard of the boiler. So they had to order the part. The part alone was $900. They've serviced us since we've been here. We had our oil tank replaced this past summer. They did a fantastic job. They do my yearly cleaning on my unit. I get serviced monthly. They deliver my oil. For having the system cleaned, I think they're completely competitive and reasonable. Mr. White, who owns the business went above and beyond. After they installed the new motherboard, we were having problems with heat dumping, where one zone gets too hot and dumps heat to another zone. That was happening on a Friday. The guys came out and worked on it. We thought that it was completely fixed. But, Mr. White told me, "Look, if you have a problem just call the office. We'll get the voice mail and I'll come right out." I said, "Well, it's not urgent. We'll have heat. It wouldn't be that big a deal. I can wait till Monday." He said, "No, no, no. You don't need to wait till Monday. If you have a problem you just give us a call and I'll come out." I just feel like you don't get serviced like that any more.

Start to finish they were very professional, courteous and timely and also very kind and understanding

We found Whites last summer as new residents to Northfield VT.  They were wonderful and very helpful getting us set up for the winter with our oil.  I love dealing with them and they are always very professional.

They are professional. Have a great sense of humor.  Have earned our trust and they are the ones we call if we need help any time of the day or night. Highly highly recommend.

Whites Heating saved my life. In autumn of 2009 they cleaned our furnace so thoroughly that they discovered our chimney liner had dropped down our chimney. If they had not cleaned our system so thoroughly I could have suffered carbon monoxide poisoning.
