Everything went well. Bob was especially good at communicating and was clear about what he was doing. He did a good job and handled himself in a professional manner. He gave me a quote first and let me decide. He returns calls and texts! I look forward to working with him in the future.

It went fine.

He did a great job. Lives up to calling back on time. He is prompt. Had to cancel one day, but it was not his fault because of rain. It looks really good.

We had Bob do a whole slew of varying tasks recently, including cleaning and repairing our siding, fixing and waterproofing the snow-warped frame of our bulkhead door, building a snow shelter for the outdoors condenser unit of our air conditioner, replacing two basement windows, and more. He was prompt, courteous, and discussed each problem and the merits, demerits, and costs of various, possible levels of resolution for our difficulties before he began work.
Once he began the jobs, Bob was extremely careful to keep in touch, showed up when scheduled  (or let us know if there would be a problem and request permission to reschedule), as well as doing a nice job on all his work to date. He charged decent rates gave us receipts, and broom-cleaned up after himself as well as removing debris. He even remembered to watch out for our cat's attempts at a Houdini-esque escape when he was going in and out of the basement.
Please note that the cost I listed is payment to date against a running account of hours of work done and materials either used or pre-purchased since we're still going down our list, so your prices will likely vary for the same kind of job assortment. However, given that we are very pleased with his recent work, we'll also be having Bob help us in the next few weeks with some recaulking, a bathroom drip, repainting the now-fixed bulkhead doors, replacing a garage door opener, and fiddling around with an external tap. It's pleasant to feel enough confidence in someone's efforts, dependability, and flexibility to finally catch up on our years-long backlog of fix-it problems.

Bobby had done plumbing work for me before dealing with leaks and replacing two toilets and had done a great job. The clapboards on the southern side of the house were in serious disrepair and badly in need of stain as they were drying up and popping many screws. Bobby replaced the sizable portion of boards that need to be replaced and stained/restained the entire side. Likewise with the deck which had never been stained. After a powerwashing and stain job it looks fabulous. Even though the wood was very thirsty and took quite a few more coats than originally estimated, Bobby did not charge for the extra labor just for the extra supplies.

This job was accomplished over two weeks of heavy rains, punctuated by brutal hot weather in the 90's. We were away at the time, but Bobby get in touch via phone, email and picture updates. We were very happy with the job and with his dedication.

The job went very well, looks brand new, and wouldn't even know Bob was there, beautiful clean up !!!

It went well.  I have used them at least five different times, and they have very personalized service and are very professional.  I will definitely use them in the future.
