I brought in a starter to be tested .when tested I was told that it was not in working order.I purchased a new one and they removed the new starter from the box and attached to the tester to show me what a new starter acted like When I got home I started thinking the test /hook -up they did for my old starter was different then the new one. They used a battery pack which I had at home and I attached the cables as they did to my old starter and it took off like the new one. The problem with my mower was a ground on the motor and not the starter, as I am mowing with it with my old starter installed. I did not even take the new starter out of the box and tried to return which they said they d Had a policy of not returning electrical parts. This place is a dishonest dealer as they Knew full we'll what they did when they tested my starter in a misleading way.
