We designed an addition to our home to complete a project that we started 15 years ago. We removed the old roof and planned on using the layer under the roof as a floor for our new addition, we found issues with mold. Rich and Dillon replaced the layer of molded wood and created a new floor, this was in addition to what we had contracted for, built and sheathed the walls, set trusses on the new roof and completed the rest of the work we had asked them to. They went above and beyond our expectations for the project. Even with the extra work our project was completed in a very timely manner, both were professional, on time, worked hard through Vermont's every changing weather. They even helped to protect our basement area when the area was exposed to the elements. They worked with us on budget, looking ahead to what materials they needed to do the job, and doing work that would be hard for my husband to do alone. Will surely call them again for our next project, highly recommend.
