They did all the usual things for Inspection and LOF, but also called our attention to things that could potentially go awry and checked to see whether things needed to be replaced - such as asking us whether the timing belt had been changed since we had over 100,000 miles on the vehicle (it had been changed). In other words - they do more than just the service it's brought in for. (At no extra charge). They are very reasonable in their prices.

Went completely well. A false start on the length of the belt was quickly corrected. All was finished up and in good order in a couple of hours.
Customer service at this Vianor location has been really good. Pleasant, efficient, friendly and competent. This is true of the front line people, but also the mechanics with whom I've had interaction.

Cause of the problem was not really apparent but they performed a thorough diagnostic procedure and bled and recharged the cooling system. The intermittent problem seems to have been solved.

I called, asked for an appointment and was given one right away for the same day. They did the job quickly and at the agreed time.

One event worth noting: I wanted to change my 17" rims to 16" so I could buy cheaper tires. They called the distributor and ordered rims to fit my car. When they arrived, they did not fit despite lisint my make and model on their label. Goss tried again making sure to send the ditributor my exact bolt pattern and measurements. Same result. Goss charged me nothing plus gave me a free oil change for my inconvenience. A year later, I found out that Goss had to eat the costs of those 8 rims because the distributor would not take them back. Goss knew that when they ordered the rims but never mentioned it to me. They remained professional and nice always. Their Barre/Belin store has closed but I may travel to Burlington (55 miles) just to get their good service.

Goss Tire has been taking care of all of my vehicles for many years now. Currently I have an Audi A6 and a Toyota Tacoma and they are competent with both vehicles. They go way beyond tires, to full mechanical work such as brakes, suspension work, timing belts, etc. I can say this of Goss Tire: I never need to bring my car back - the work is done correctly the first time. Their estimates are accurate within a few percent, usually the bill is lower than the estimate They usually are able to accommodate emergencies and rush requests. Communication is great. There are never any surprises. I HIGHLY recommend Goss Tire.
