When I spoke to him on the phone, he promised me he could do our FHA/HUD funded electrical work. He then met with my real estate agent to look over the house and what work he needed to do. After that, we never heard from him again, even though he was well aware of the fact that we were in a time crunch for FHA and he said that it wasn't a problem, and gave us the impression we would have the estimate in about three days. Almost a month later, after never returning phone calls, I finally got in touch with him to tell him I wouldn't get the financing if he didn't give me the estimate. He said that he would get it to me that evening. I waited until 7:30pm, never recieving a phone call, and decided to call him. He was livid I called at all, told me if we needed the estimate so bad that my real estate agent should have "gotten off her a**" to go get it from his office, when they had verbally agreed he could email/fax it to my agent, which would have been easier all the way around. He said he refused to do anything after working an "eight hour day" and that I better just go find someone else-- he told me this on a Friday night, when the next week was when we needed our financing paperwork together. He then hung up on me. I am now screwed because of this completely unprofessional, rude and despicable man. I will NEVER use him again and I hope his business fails.
