Utton's has good staff who do good work. But when specifying parts to be replaced on your car, be sure to specify the 1500 parts that you do NOT want replaced. They're maybe just a bit enthusiastic and they don't give a written list of things they think you want done before the doing, which allows errors that you end up paying for.

Love, love, love these guys. You know how sometimes it feels like the garage is trying to sell you a bunch of repairs and maintenance that you're not sure you really need? This won't happen at Utton's. They diagnose what's wrong, estimate and fix it. They're great with letting us know what to expect as well (for example, come back in 2 months and get the brakes done). Bottom line: very trustworthy. and nice.

See explanation above. I was impressed with their honesty and willingness to make things right. I never asked for anything for free. They simply did it because they felt it was the right thing to do.
