 + -1 moreBeware of consolidated oil companies, they're managed by people that put profits and their lack of skills ahead of taking care of the customer. You're truly a number at this place.
Description of Work: I engaged my heating/propane vendor to repair a kinked gas line. They sent a sub contractor, which charged $200 to replace an 18" 5/8 copper line. Parts were $8! When I called Pyrofax to question it, they said there was a miscommunication (lol) and it was the sub contractor's deal. When I questioned further I was told I was an irrate customer and was hollered at by the service manager and suggested that maybe I should have done the repair myself! The good news is, other than the price the sub contractor was awesome and guess who's going to get all my service work going forward!
