+ -1 moreCommercial Services Inc owner Stephen Pratt was totally unresponsive to me in following up with ordering parts and repair. I called him at four times, and each time he said parts distributor did not get back to him. Last call several weeks later, he said he couldn't get parts. He made zero effort to obtain parts needed. I have a commercial 1990 Wolf gas range that required two oven thermostats and a few igniter switches, which is an easy fix. I called a parts distributor and ordered the parts myself. Now I need another repairman to come to do the repairs. Just Terrible Service... The worst.
Description of Work: I called provider for repair of commercial gas range. Gave him information of what needed to be repaired based on previous diagnostic assessment from another provider. Commercial Services sent repairman to do same diagnostic review. Charged me $277.00 for diagnostic which was same as what I told them needed to be done.
