The reps. showed up on time, the estimate was much lower than others we had received, and we were sold. The installation was on time except for the bay window which was on back order. The first installer appeared to do a very nice job,we now have towells on every window sill to stop the never ending drafts. When the bay window arrived it came with a different install crew, they proceeded to measure the window box rather than the window in the box. They then cut an opening in my wall that was a minimum 16" to large all the way around. I had to contact the rep./owner who now was in Florida, no action was taken until I confronted him at a Home show the next spring. I was left to repair the sheet rock damage on my own. I have the pictures to prove !
