Couldn't have gone better.  But I have used him many times before--to install solar heating, to install new shower, and other projects. But imagine this:  he was standing in my garage talking on the phone, happened to look up ans saw the main bean across the ceiling--which supports our bedroom!--was sinking.  He--a plumber--stopped everything, raced to Lowes, got a temporary support to jack it up--and called a carpenter friend of his to repair it b

It went well, Robert is very knowledgable.

Robert was very polite and happy to ensure I was pleased with the service provided. He was very professional in presenting the solar product options. The install went well. It has now been over three years since installation and I have yet to encounter issues with the solar tubes. I highly recommend Robert to others.

Robert has integrity and is a competent professional. He also provides all options of products rather than just trying to sell one type of product. I had Robert install an on demand boiler (only heats up water when we need it) a couple years ago. The unit was top of the line. One of the component parts in the unit failed just after the warranty expired. However, Robert insisted that he would absorb the cost (over $100) of the replacement component because it shouldn't have failed. Robert ordered the component part and repaired the on demand boiler without issue. This is just one example of why I highly recomment Robert's company.
