PROP READY, LLC

Corey and his team did an incredible job taking down my VERY old fence in the back yard and putting up a new cedar fence. Every time I look out there (in the spring and summer, especially) from my kitchen, I am grateful to Prop Ready for helping make my small back yard much more beautiful than it was before.

Great experience with Prop Ready! We needed to cover over a popcorn ceiling. Cory came out and gave us an estimate and offered a creative cost-saving solution to use pine tongue & groove instead of sheetrock. He worked with us to add on/take off parts we could do ourselves to meet our budget needs while still giving us a complete and high quality job. Great communication throughout the process, crew was clean and easy to work with, and the project came out beautiful!

Absolutely top-notch carpentry work-- I would, and will, hire them again! Your project is in excellent hands with these folks.

Can't say enough good things about the Prop Ready crew. They helped me through a bathroom remodel that was hung up with my insurance company and ended up being flexible when that took way longer. Always gives great input on your project, great at communicating. The work was done fabulously and right on time. Really excellent experience all around!

We hired Prop Ready for our backyard fence that was literally being held up by ratchet straps attached to tree trunks. (about 10 broken 4"x4" x 12' posts that were 40 years old) Cory came out, took a look and gave us a written quote. We thought the price was fair, gave him a deposit and ball-parked a day. Last Friday he called and said that he'd have some guys out there on Tuesday morning. A 3-man crew showed up on time, and knocked out just about the entire job that day. They came back the next morning to lop off a few of the tops of the posts and to clean up. Got the final bill with the balance owed, and it was EXACTLY what his quote was. The fence looks great, and we're very happy with the work that was done. (we assume the neighbors behind us are, too!)

He stopped several times his power washing to point things out to me and also just to check in on how I thought his work was going. I thought this was very thoughtful. His work was great. He is knowledgeable and I recommend him to others looking for power washing services.
