Roofing
NEVER EVER HIRE THIS GUY!!!!!!
Paid him $7,000 for a new roof
that is supposed to last 25 years. 10 years later and I need a new
roof. I've had many roofing contractors inspect the roof over the last
few years and they all say this guy had NO idea what he was doing.
Almost immediately after the job, I have had ice dam issues and constant
'leaking' in many areas of the house -- INSIDE the house!! From the
rotten roofing job. Several years ago, I had to have over $2,000 in
work done to repair leaking roof/skylight issues.
My Advice:
CHECK, CHECK, AND TRIPLE CHECK anyone you are about to hire. And,
NEVER, EVER hire Jim Collins of Milton, VT for ANYTHING. Not even to
sweep your front porch!
