This was a very professional gig from quote to install.  Jack came out and met with us, reviewed our options and quoted timely.  His crew was fantastic - they were here on time, communicated what the process would be, cleaned up like they have never been here and made sure we comfortable with the use of our new system.   I would highly recommend Jack and will be sure to use him in the future for similar work.

Jack is very professional and knows his stuff! He was on time, competitive in pricing, courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. He installed a new boiler, tank and all components. The job was completed timely and everything was left in our basement better than it was before. We are very happy with his work and enjoyed having him in our home! We would not hesitate in recommending him for any heating or cooling job.

There were several scheduling issues that needed to be settled and they were very cooperative and proactive about setting a date for the work that met everyone's needs.
The crew arrived promptly at the promised time and got right to work. They covered carpeted surfaces to protect them. They were polite and carefully explained changes that they would make to the house. They were very professional and kept me informed as to wht they were doing. There was only one hiccup in the process and that had to do with the routing of the exhaust and air pipes. They made sure that their work met requirements and that I was satisfied with the final product. At the end of the job they cleaned up and left the work area exactly as they found it.

Ideal Heating and Air Conditioning just installed a new gas boiler in my basement. Jack and Chris were great! They came at the time they said they would, they finished at the designated time, they were professional, they were skilled workers, they cleaned up before they left. They installed a high end boiler and I could not be happier!

We met them at a home show in the winter and when it was time to do the work, we called and scheduled the service. Jack (the owner) and his partner Chris were great. They were extremely quick in coming out for an estimate and provided an itemized estimate for the service performed. They were quick with the installation, finishing it in less than a day. Now I have a brand new tankless system and clean and efficient gas boiler too. 
When it's time for it, I will likely have them come back to service my non-working gas fireplace.
