HENRY GREENWOOD FLOOR SANDING

Prior to moving into our new home (4 bdrm 2400 sq ft Cape) we had our floors sanded and refinished using HGFS. The pricing for the service was reasonalbe and in the middle of the pack and Henry was very personable. We are happy with how the floors turned out, however we are very disappointed in closing the deal. The day prior to the closing I met Henry at the house to look at the floors and pay the balance owed. The garage was filled with 4-5 bags of saw dust, half a dozen empty cans of floor finishing products, and several sanding pads / sand paper. In addition, the doors which were removed by Henry were off the hinges and were not replaced. After discussing the floors I gave Henry the final check and asked him when he was going to remove the trash and replace the doors back on the hinges which he had removed. Henry informed me that he does not remove the trash he generates and does not put doors back on and then left. We are disappointed and thought it was important to the Angie's List team to be aware.
