This summer the house-cleaners broke the fasteners of several of my large windows over the summer as they cleaned them, and I had to pay $200.00 to get them repaired. The were also badly trained house-cleaners and poorly paid -- several quit while they worked for me because they said their employer underpaid them. They took too long to clean and did an sub-par job. Always seemed under stress, too.
Unprofessional and the owner has, perhaps, a mental/personality disorder? Stay away!
