I have used this company for several years with my work and I can say I have never before been charged 175$ for a failure to locate. I have 9 systems I am in charge of and this company has lost those as well as my system. I will make sure to express dissatisfaction to anyone who asks me for a septic company, and suggest a local operated company. Hartigans gets and F today for failure a D for damage and overall zero for achiving nothing. Like many national companies these days low wages and greed bring incompetent workers and failures. They have credit reporters to bully the homeowners who cant afford to fight back. Large compaanies do not care about the community they rip off. I will use local family owned and operated septic companies from here on out, even if it means paying more.
Hartigans septic is not a a good bet. They should credit the 175$ to the location service and drivers should not damage yards or plants. This driver should have waited for 10 mins and eraned his 175$ by doing so. waiting could have prevented damage. It could have been possible I knew something more about my house. I will buy my 6 year old a new sprouted pumpkin from a greenhouse to replace the one he was growing, that is now squashed. Thanks for the dissapointment.
