It went great!!!  Don was very responsive to my needs to use green products with cleaning and he had a solution for everything.   He drove up to Burlington the day before to make sure he understood the job and to make sure he had the proper equipment with him when he did the job the following day.   On the day of the job, he and his crew went through the place with a fine tooth comb.   Don can tell you every little thing that he notices as he goes through.  I would highly recommend Don and I would call Don again in a second if I needed cleaning or carpets done.   Thank you to you Don and thank you to your crew!!!   Your work was exceptional!

Don, the owner, is very nice and responded quickly.  He showed up on time and worked quickly so that the job took less time than I expected.
The drying time was longer than expected, but that is probably due to the cool damp weather.
The carpets (which are old and not in great shape to begin with) are much cleaner now than they were before!

Nice Job Don!  My wife and I had been talking about replacing our upstairs carpets which are close to 20 years old and have seen heavy traffic inclusive of pets, kids and all the messes that come with years of abuse.  We had tried home owner cleaning deals in the past inclusive of rental equipment.  Green Mountain's commercial equipment was able to remove every type of stain we had.  We would give a strong recommendation as it's brought new life to the carpets and ultimately saved us from a very expensive replacement!  Thanks again Don for the great service!

Don arrived at my home on the time agreed upon. He took the time to explain his truck mounting cleaning system and the cleaning products he was going to use clean my rugs.  I was impressed that all the product he used were ECO Friendly and Pet Friendly.We went inside and he looked over what had to be done. We discussed the time it was going to take to finish and cost of the job. I felt like it was a very fair price and had him precede.
Don cleaned my rug beyond what I expected, (I'm embarrassed to admit how soiled they were).
I'm very happy with the outcome and with my experience with "Green Mountain Carpet Cleaning". 
I will have Don come back to do some tile cleaning also.

We had a lice outbreak at our house and we needed as much of the soft furniture and carpets cleaned as possible.  I had been living in the 2nd floor apartment for about a year and a half and I had never had the carpets cleaned before. Don was able to come to my house within a few days of me calling him and he arrived on time.  I had moved some of the furniture but he helped move the rest of it and he put everything back the way it was when he was finished. He was finished in less than 3 hours.  The difference in my carpets was AMAZING!!! I am sure they had never been cleaned before.  A few months ago I had repainted and there were some spots on the carpet where paint had dripped and you would never know there had been paint on the carpet for 6 months.  It came right out.  Don brought everything he needed with him, I was concerned the hoses wouldn't be long enough to reach throughout the whole apartment since we were upstairs but there was more than enough hose.  I really like that he uses environmentally friendly cleaning products and I found it reassuring that there is a reviews page on his website.  After the carpets were cleaned a few days later he followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the service and requested that I also write a review.

Don uses truck mounted equipment and brings his own water supply. That is helpful if you live in an area, as I do, where water pressure is not great.  He spent time prepping the carpet, treated stains and combed the fiber to make it stand up.  He spent at least 1 hour in each room steam cleaning the carpets.  He was not pleased with the 1st cleaning, so he went over his work until he was satisfied.  He was careful not to track in dirt.  He wore shoe covers.  He had no issues moving furniture, using pads and rug protectors. 

He was courteous, professional and friendly.  He even left me 2 large floor fans to speed the drying.  He offered to return to collect the fans at my convenience.

His rate is 40 cents a square foot, but I had a special he was running.  I paid 28 cents.  I am completely pleased with his  service, the rugs look so much cleaner and I would recommend him to anyone.
