It went very well. We were able to drop the car off early on Friday morning and leave it with the keys for the day which was very convenient for me as I did not have to sit and wait for it. They replaced the tires and called me to say it was done well before closing time at 5pm. They did a fantastic job!

They began the inspection but soon realized that we did not have a bracket to put our front license plate on. They suggested that we reschedule the inspection and they would order the bracket. I agreed. They rescheduled the appointment for the following week.

Inspection went very well but it turned out that two of our tires needed to be replaced. Larry brought me into the bay while my car was on the lift to show me exactly what his concern was regarding my tires. He suggested that I order new ones and we set up a follow up appointment to put them on. I was pleased with the attention to service.
