It went well. The fixtures he recommended were good brands, but not fancy. The bathroom looks great, and has performed just fine. The radiant heat is wonderful. We've had no problems with it at all. We needed this work performed in the winter. So we did have just a little bit of trouble getting J.C. in as quickly as we wanted him. It was, however, "busted pipe season" in Vermont, and he was slammed with emergency work. He explained the problem when we called to get him in there.
