We became aware of this contractor through contacts with builder. Provided a competitive bid, was willing to make adjustments in price (lowered price without question when we had to wait to install electrical), showed up on the date scheduled and worked through to completion. No need to call him back to redo anything. Very reasonable on cost especially given the inflation of material costs due to recent flooding in Vermont.
