We had a terrible experience with these guys we hired them to install all new heating in our house which was a sizeable chunk of change. A year later we had a pipe corroded and leak I called for them to repair and service and they told me they don’t have time. Now or in the future? Totally ridiculous they installed the entire system. This is not how you build relationships with customers who choose you to install a very expensive system. I would avoid them once it’s installed they kick you to the curb they are just looking for the big job.

Just had a horrible experience with these folks. For over 10 years I was a customer and also did their computer support. Last month they did a boiler cleaning for my apartment building in preparation for a fire inspection. And missed a failed expansion tank which was discovered during the fire inspection only 5 days later.. I was appalled when they tried to bill it as a brand new call at full rate. When it was a common call back type call. Then to boot they treated me like I was a brand new customer. If you want to be treated like a number and not a person these folks will help you, but if you like to be treated fairly and like a human, I would stay away and find another more friendly company. I was able to talk with the owner and settle on my bill. But will be moving on.

Installation of  a fuel tank whistle is pretty straightforward.
The service that prompts me to review so very positively is because Anne (my contact person) and David (technician/ installer) went out of their way to make their piece of the work trouble free, communicated at every step of the way when the delivery of the whistle was weather delayed when it came in, kept me updated and basically helped get my heat back on, as temperatures hover around zero with snow on the ground. 
I have worked with Anne on another matter and received the same professional and caring service

I know they are based around Morrisville and have been around for 7 or 8 years. They are very friendly guys, prompt and have competitive prices. I will use them again in the future.
