I was very pleased from start to finish. I called to make an appt. for an estimate. They actually answer the phone and take messages rather than having to leave a message on a machine. On the day of the estimate, the owner came right at the time he stated he would and made recommendations as to what I needed with what I thought to be a reasonable price of $1185.00. We then made a date for him to come back for the installation. On that date, the owner came with his father and they both worked very quick and thorough. When they finished, I was presented the bill for the exact amount as I was quoted with all the necessary paperwork that I needed to fill out for the warranty. They also perform chimney sweep services which I will use as well next year.
