OK this is a hard one to rate because this guy does a great job with the leaves at a very reasonable rate compared to other local guys. This price is for raking and hauling the leaves away from two properties with a lot of leaves. Definitely cheaper than most others. The caveat is you really have to tell this guy what you want. He won't haul the leaves away unless you tell him to, so if you aren't specific you will get less for your money. Don't leave a check for him or pay him until he is finished. I would use this guy again for his rates for leaf removal. Based on the job he did on the leaves, a thorough job, I scheduled him to plow my rental property last winter, because he was $25.00 cheaper per time than the guy I've been using for years. DON'T hire this guy to plow snow. He works an early morning shift at another job and the first snow day, my tenants called to say the driveway hadn't been plowed. I called Corey and said why didn't he plow. He said where he lived there wasn't a lot of snow and that if I wanted my rental property plowed I should call him on the day I needed the plowing and that I had to call him after midnight, but before 3 a.m. My other guy tours the neighborhoods he plows and keeps an eye on the weather and I never had to worry that my property won't be plowed. I switched back to the other guy. Getting up at 3:00 a.m. and driving to my rental property to see if it needs plowing was not a viable option for me. Also pay this guy cash or a check. DON'T pay through Paypal through his website. I went on the website and my password from that site was fished and the hacker on that site withdrew $1,400 from two of my checking accounts and tried to hack into my charge account. The hacker changed my password on Paypal and changed the language on paypal to French so I wouldn't know what was going on. Paypal caught the fraud and stopped my money from going out of Paypal and traced the fishing issue back to the freshbooks website for this vendor. The owner said he talked to freshbooks who told him his site was secure. The guy has no idea how fishing happens and couldn't understand that Paypal had traced the issue to his website. This service provider is not dishonest and not a scammer but his website is not secure and he is not going to do anything about it. So hire him for removing your leaves, not for plowing and pay him by cash or check and not through his website.
