Chevalier Drilling Co Inc. is an excellent company with excellent service. I disliked nothing about them, other than not having water for days. We were running out of water constantly, but we haven't had any problems with it since they worked on it. So, that's been good. They're very friendly. They took the time to explain everything. When I called later on to follow up with questions, they took the time to answer. I was very pleased with that.

Very professional company who has been in business a long time. Easy all the way around. You get a thorough evaluation of your water and then have options regarding which softener to choose. We have used this company before for a well and knew their reputation. It is family owned. No problems at all and they are very efficient at what they do. The work area was thoroughly picked up and the new softener ready to go when they were done.

Originally, we had asked for a quote to purchase and install a water softener. After comparing the quote to online prices we decided to purchase the softener online instead of through him, however he helped us figure out which model and accessories were needed. That saved us about $400, however, they told us they would not provide a warranty on the softener, only on the workmanship, which we were fine with. The installer arrived within the specified hours, acted professionally, and installed the system in about half the time quoted. We were very pleased with the quality of service, and the instruction he provided on use and care. We would highly recommend this company.
