Roofing
Did not start on promised date, not even close. They damaged property. They took shortcuts such as shortening ridge vents, rough cutting of flashing and edging, installed short pieces of edging resulting in curling ends/seams and looks sloppy. They returned once before final payment to fix an obvious hole in the garage roof. Several shingles were not nailed completely, I had to fix. Called and wrote them to correct problems, but I was essentially ignored. "I should noticed flaws and damage at final walk-around" was contractor's attitude. Contractor is legally right but ethically disappointing.
