KJL replaced our existing standing seam roof with a new standing seam roof in 2017. Kevin and his crew did a great job. From helping me choose the color of the roof to cleaning up at the end of each day once work began, they were incredibly professional and thorough, and easy to work with. I highly recommend KJL for your roofing needs.

It went really well. Kevin and his crew carefully removed all of the slate shingles from the roof and kept them in neat bundles on the ground until they could take them away. The roof was not easy with four gable ends and steep pitches. They were very responsive - a strong wind loosened some of the underlayment the weekend before they began installing the standing seam and they came right over to reattach it. The project was on time and on budget and the roof looks good and keeps the wet stuff out. Kevin is straightforward, hardworking and reliable.

Kevin and his crew at KJLRoofing put a beautiful standing seam roof on our house several years ago. Before the new roof, we had old shingles and no ventilation. What a difference and Kevin made sure the job was done right! We were so happy the first time around, we hired him again this past year to put a new roof on our garage to match the house. It looks fantastic!! We recently hired him again to install a ceiling bathroom fan that needed to be vented out the roof. Kevin is very knowledgeable, hard working, and has a crew who gets the job done thoroughly and on time. I highly recommend KJLRoofing for whatever your roofing needs may be!

I had a roof leak and called a number of roofers to come and estimate. This guy was the only one that charged $100 to just get on the roof. All he did was just silicone glued some potential leak spots. And he was very eager to ask for cash only. Another much better roofer showed up after him, went on the roof, found a few spots that he missed and did not ask for a charge. DO NOT HIRE!

"Who does work for free? I feel my prices are reasonable and competitive. I did my best to seal the potentially leaking spots but informed the customer that the roof was in need of replacement and let her know that sealing the spots may not fix the problem. I even went back a second time (free of charge) after she complained that it was still leaking and I tried to seal it more. I also offered to tarp the sections until they could proceed with a new roof installation, to which she declined. There was also some condensation/ventilation issues with the roof, to which I referred her to someone who could help with that. And I never heard from her again...."
