House Cleaning
From the start, I was not informed that, despite being charged for 4 hours, she was bringing another person to clean as well and that they would only be here for 2 hours. I would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time. Door handle areas were left gross, the dining room fan wasn't dusted nor the window sill cleaned. Dirty footprints were left in our hallway. Most importantly, however, they did not touch our mudroom. When I emailed to ask why I got a very rude response and a refusal to come back and finish. I would never use this company again.
