Though it took them a while to find a replacement rim, they were kind enough to give us a loaner car until ours was fixed. Service was great and they went out of their way to find us a used rim that matched the rest of ours, a new rim alone would have cost nearly 500.

It went well. It always does. Lamoille Valley, like any dealership, is a bit more costly then some garages but consistently only minimally so as compared to many dealerships in my experience. I've been taking my vehicles there for about 7 years and they are always punctual, quick, and clear in their communications about the work they are doing. The upside of being a dealership is their mechanics are professionals and know what they are doing. Jobs are done fast, and they are done right the first time every time over my seven years of going there. I make many 180 mi. roundtrip commutes through the winter, frequently at night and never worry about breaking down. The service staff is excellent too, easy and on top of everything. I highly recommend them.

We went to them in December as well as an coil cap was dead. They switched them out. I spent too much, about $700. They checked a bunch of stuff. We have been using them for 3 years. They are great for military families and they are phenomenal.
