Marcus showed up when he said he would. He took off the stoop and assessed the situation. I asked him not to kill the snakes, but to move them (far, far away). He did. Then he sealed up a couple of crevices that the snakes enjoyed, tightened up some flaps around that area, and put the stoop back on, sealing that, too, in the process. Finally, he put snake repellent around the house. He's a professional and a nice guy.

We have used this company for several. They take care of the problem and call the next year to see if want their service again and to set up a date and time. We have been very happy with them.
