Roofing
I called to request someone come out to my house to give me an estimate on slate roof repair. I got a call from Jim Blackmer saying he could come to my home the next morning between jobs. I asked that he call to make sure we were home. He never showed up. I called them back to see where Jim Blackmer was. The receptionist said she would let me know to get in touch. He never called back.

The morning after we developed a significant leak, the owner and a helper came the same day we called for an estimate, and two other guys performed the work the next day. They reported their progress/findings as they went. The price was very reasonable. Everyone was very punctual and professional.
