We were thrilled with the price at first, but as they say, you get what you pay for. We have an operational furnace and duct system to the first floor of our home now however it was supposed to extend to the second floor as well but when this firm was pinched for time they decided that they couldn't run ducts upstairs while at the same time they didn't drop the price. The work was completed however the level of professionalism was low. We have holes that were drilled into our hardwood floors as test holes for vents, very shabbily cut vent holes, and a leaking exhaust pipe from our new furnace. I guess that's what you get when you let a fifteen year old loose with a sawzall, I'm not joking these guys had kids helping them and they were doing the cutting. Don't worry, I'll call someone else to fix the exhaust pipe!
