Cabinet Making
In the beginning the work was done promptly and courteously so I continued to use the provider with other projects. The work on the kitchen has held up well as well as the exterior windows. The work that was done on screen porch needs to be redone less than two years later. There were numerous issues with the 30000 dollar standing seam roof that I worked out with the contractor directly, as Specialty Design refused to meet with him or myself and refused to pay the roofer for work he had already completed. I lost 3000 dollars that was to paid to the roofer that Specialty Design held back until the roof was complete and then would not pay. I felt obligated to pay the roofer as he had completed the work that was contracted.

I am reluctant to go into too much details due to threats that were made by this contractor but he is not honest and I had to pay two of the subcontractors because he refused.
